In an effort to get more women on the slopes, Jack Frost Big Boulder will host a variety of events throughout the winter season. Every Tuesday into March 1, with the exception of Feb. 16, there will be a free hour ladies clinic. Sign up at ski school by 9:45 a.m., and meet on the snow at 10 a.m. You must have your own/rented ski equipment and purchase a lift pass. Season pass holders are always welcome.

Jack Frost will also hold a women's seminar for skiers and boarders Saturday and Sunday. The program is taught by female instructors who are committed to provide a positive learning environment.The fee is $195 ($165 for season pass holders) and includes a two-day lift pass, two days of instruction, video and analysis, continental breakfast and lunch each day. A wine and cheese party will be held Saturday after skiing. Advance registration is necessary.
