Icicles form on the rock ledges along Route 209 last week in Franklin Township. The icicles are changing daily with the flip-flopping temperatures. Wednesday is predicted to have a high of 26 degrees, but by Friday we're expected to have more rain with a high of 42 degrees. BOB FORD/TIMES NEWS
