The Carbon Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development has partnered with president of JumpSpark Creative Group, Dina Tulli Davis, to host a breakfast workshop on the use of websites to build business for current chamber members from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The event will be held at Lehigh Valley Community College, Jim Thorpe Campus, 1100 Center St., in the computer lab."There are many small businesses that do not have the budgets for a company website and rely on Facebook and other local profiles for their customers to find information about their businesses, products and services. In addition, many of them are DIY'ers and don't even know how to begin to build their own site," said Davis.Anyone who is already a member of the Chamber and holds a Gold Enhanced Member Profile will be given instruction on a way to "professionally display content about their businesses, products and services as a mini-web site without the design and hosting costs. They can even have their domain name point directly to their profile on the CCEDC website. I will teach them how this is done," Davis said.Chamber members who have purchased the Enhanced Gold Member Profile and have yet to work with the benefits will be instructed at the breakfast.
