Two people were injured Wednesday morning in a crash along the north bound lanes of the Pennsylvania turnpike.

The crash occurred at 9:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes at the 78.8 mile marker.Reports from the scene are that a northbound car drove under the rear of a tractor trailer.The right lane of the roadway was closed. State police at Pocono are investigating the incident.The victims were treated at the scene by Lehighton paramedics. The Franklin Township fire company responded to the scene.
