McAdoo police have cited Edward McAloose of McAdoo after a traffic stop on Dec. 15.

McAloose was operating a motorcycle on Hancock Street when he was stopped by police. When asked for his license, registration and insurance, McAloose admitted there was no insurance and the license and registration were expired. The officer noted the registration sticker on the motorcycle had a date of August 2015. After a records check it was determined the plate had actually expired as of October 2014. McAloose said he didn't know how or why the altered registration sticker was on the cycle.In addition to driving with an expired license and registration, and having no insurance, McAloose was cited for having an altered vehicle registration.
