NOVEMBER 16, 2001A special meeting of the Carbon County Salary Board will allow controller Robert Crampsie to have a trained accountant on board when treasurer-elect Ronald Sheehan assumes his new post in January.Crampsie, who is a member of the salary board with commissioners Tom Gerhard, Charles Getz and Wayne Nothstein, said he will lose Sheehan on Jan. 7 when he reports to the treasurer's office.The board created the trainee position at an annual salary of $25,880.40 despite criticism from outgoing treasurer Joseph Orsulak, who also criticized the board for not having guests listed on the agenda.
