A Lehighton man was killed Saturday in a fatal crash in Franklin Township, according to Lehigh County Coroner Scott Grim.

James A. Ham, 26, of Long Run Road, was transported by helicopter to St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, where he was pronounced dead at 8:30 p.m.The crash occurred along Long Run Road, near the intersection with Maury Road, around 3 a.m. Grim said Ham died of multiple traumatic injuries.State police at Lehighton are investigating.No additional details are available at this time.
