Authorities are investigating a possible suicide at the Carbon County Correctional Facility.

An inmate was found dead at the Correctional Facility early Thursday, according to Warden Timothy Fritz.The male inmate is believed to have died sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning. The incident is still under investigation, but the manner of death appears to be suicide, Fritz said. His name has not been released.If confirmed, it would be the second suicide at the correctional facility this year. In April, 27-year-old Travis Schoenberger committed suicide by hanging himself in his cell.
