Protest rally set in Pottsville

At noon Wednesday, constituents in Schuylkill and Carbon counties will hold a "no war with Iran rally" at 121 Progress Ave. in Pottsville, across from the Ramada Inn.The residents will urge Rep. Matt Cartwright to support the agreement that the United States and other world powers have reached to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.Following the event, the activists will deliver a petition signed by constituents to Cartwright's Pottsville office.RSVP at
