McCann School of Business & Technology has promoted Juan Bula to director of admissions.

He is responsible for managing the admissions department, training admissions aepresentatives, coordinating with the financial services department and overseeing admissions statistics.Bula began working at McCann in 2009 as an admissions representative where he met with potential students to discuss the enrollment process, financial aid plans, degree plans and academic goals.As director of admissions, Bula plans to focus on creating a more personalized admissions strategy.His goal for the admissions department is to construct a communications model where representatives work closely with students on an individual basis, helping them achieve their academic goals and mapping out their career.Prior to joining McCann, he worked in the admissions departments at Lehigh Valley College, Pennsylvania School of Business and The Vision Beauty Academy in Allentown.He lives in Whitehall.
