A crew from Hazleton Scrap clears a large debris pile that was illegally dumped on a property owned by Torco Supply Company Inc. along Riverview Road in East Penn Township. The Department of Environmental Protection is managing the cleanup of seven sites that the DEP said MS Recycling owner Michael Stine illegally dumped in Schuylkill and Carbon counties a year ago.
