A Lehighton man who used his employer's credit card to make purchases has been charged with access device fraud.

At 3:55 p.m. June 12, Mahoning Township Police received a report that Zack Beddiges, 24, had been using his employer's credit card for personal purchases at Lowe's, and a gas station, totaling $474.48.In an interview with police, Beddiges admitted using the card without permission.He has been charged with access device fraud, a misdemeanor; and theft by deception, a misdemeanor.A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 29.
