Well known Tamaqua businessman Alfonso Picone, 44, was arrested this morning by Rush Township Police for allegedly bilking an elderly Lake Hauto couple out of more than $315,000.

The Picone family owns La Dolce Casa, (DiMaggios), in Tamaqua.

Picone is being arraigned before District Judge Stephen Bayer.
