Summit Hill police responded to 233 W. White Bear Drive for a reported assault on a woman. On scene officers found the victim had been assaulted. It was the result of a domestic incident. Danner and the woman had a relationship that has since ended.Danner is currently on parole in Lancaster County. He also has a long prior criminal record that put him in a sentencing range that required a prison term.In addition to the jail term, Danner was ordered to make total restitution of $473.01, pay court costs of about $1,000, pay a $50 per month supervision fee when released on parole, and have no contact with the victim.
