Police are looking for two black males accused of assaulting and robbing a Port Carbon man early Sunday morning.

Walter Medina, 57, was walking along Pike Street, near Washington Street, in Port Carbon just before 2 a.m., when a dark colored car pulled up near him, according to state police at Schuylkill Haven.The suspects got out of the car and struck Medina on the head with their fists.Police said the men stole $300 from Medina's wallet before getting back in the car and fleeing north on Pike Street. Medina walked to a convenience store to report the crime.He was treated at the scene for a cut on his head before being transported to Schuylkill Medical Center in Pottsville.Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 570-739-1330.
