Vehicles are stopped at this traffic light in the area of the Route 209 bridge over Bull Run, near the area of Stagecoach Road in

Towamensing Township on Wednesday morning. The lights are being used as temporary signals to control traffic, and the road has been reduced to one lane of traffic. The project is part of reconstruction of an arch culvert that is 8 feet long and 24 feet wide. Crews will also replace the deck, and install new guardrail.
