Route 209 in Franklin township is expected to be closed for hours after a car impacted with and snapped off a utility pole carrying a multitude of wires across the roadway. The car left the east berm when it impacted with the pole. It did not appear there were any serious injuries. Franklin Township police are investigating the incident.
