Frank Tamburri is running for Lehighton School Board.

Tamburri has been a resident of Franklin Township sinceJanuary 2006.He said he has been attending school board meetings since 2010 to meet the school board members in an attempt to understand why they make the decisions they do. His conclusion is that this board needs to be replaced. The residents of this school district need to step up and make their voices heard. Tamburri will attempt to do this from a board seat if elected, along with other conservatives who arerunning."I will do all I can to getvoters' opinions and analyze current building construction regarding the new elementary school and the refurbishing of the high school and middle school. Unlike the currentsuperintendent, I do have40 years of experience inbuilding commercial projects, and I am not an educator trying to be one."If you are strongly against what the educator-type school board is doing and want change, now is your time to do it."
