Every year during National Library Week, the Palmerton Area Library sponsors a bookmark design contest for students in preschool through grade six.

Three winners in each of three age categories are chosen based on creativity and theme. These winning bookmarks are printed with the library hours and contact information and handed out at the library checkout desk throughout the year.Congratulations to this year's winners.• Grades Preschool-Kindergarten: 1.
