Mindy Graver, left, of the Carbon County Interagency and FamilyCollaborative Board, presents Deb Balch of Care Net of Carbon County a check for $500 to use for the agency's Earn While You Learn program. The program was the recipient of the 2015 Human Services Priorities Scholarship, which is raised through the proceeds of the Human Services Priorities Brunch. The Earn While You Learn program helps young families by educating them on parenting and relationship skills, while they earn "Mommy Money" to use toward purchasing necessities in Care Net's resource room.
