The man driving this car escaped injury Tuesday morning after rolling the unit on Pine Run Road in Towamensing Township.

The driver was southbound about a mile north of Pohopoco Drive when he swerved to avoid hitting a deer.

His car swerved to the right climbing an embankment then rolled, coming to rest on its roof on the roadway.

The driver refused medical treatment at the scene.

Franklin Township fire company and Lehighton paramedics responded.

State police at Lehighton are investigating the incident.
