Lansford police have issued warrants for the following people:

Kyle Patton Carter, 23, whose last known address was 213 Penn St., Tamaqua. He's charged with six counts of access device fraud and theft after an incident which took place at 430 E. Bertsch St., Lansford.Tonya Napolitano, 31, whose last known address was 333 W. Mill St., Nesquehoning. She's charged with six counts of access device fraud and theft for an incident which took place between October and November of 2014.Keith Evert, 25, whose last known address was 34 S. Walnut St., Lansford. He's charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident which took place on March 3.William Juliano, 36, whose last known address was 5 E. Ruddle St., Coaldale. He's charged with resisting arrest, persistent disorderly conduct, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and public drunkenness for an incident which took place on April 3.Michael Kieffer Jr., 31, whose last known address was 248 W. Ridge St., Apt. 2, Lansford. He's charged with persistent disorderly conduct for an incident which took place on March 2.Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call police at 570-645-5844.
