Easter egg hunts

As in the past years, there will be two Easter egg hunts in the Palmerton Borough.The first will be held at 11 a.m. March 28 at the Palmerton Memorial Park Grove.Following that one, make your way to the Palmerton Borough Park for another egg hunt at 1 p.m. Come out and enjoy a fun time.A rain date will be determined.Community mealA free community meal will be served from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at St. John's Episcopal Church, 365 Lafayette Ave. Palmerton.All are invited to enjoy a free meal and fellowship.Holy Trinity ServicesOn Palm Sunday worship services will be held at 8 and 10:45 a.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 502 Lafayette Ave. Palmerton.On Maundy Thursday, April 2, services will be at 7:30 p.m. in the Nave.Easter worship services will be at 8 and 10:45 a.m. in the Nave.The Holy Trinity Egg Hunt will be held Palm Sunday, at 1 p.m.Check your church newsletter for more information.The event will be held rain or shine.
