In what some are calling the "snowstorm of the century," Northeastern Pennsylvania was paralyzed by more than two feet of snow, closing schools, county offices and many businesses. The heavy snow, coupled with winds clocked at 70 miles per hour, resulted in the governor declaring a state of emergency.
At least 15 people died as a direct result of the storm.Municipal, county and state officials are left wondering how they are going to dispose of the millions of tons of snow.
