Several awards were presented at the annual Christmas party held by the Ryan Township Fire and Rescue Companies. Fred Holman received the 2014 Years of Service Award, while Matthew Morgan was named 2014 Firefighter of the Year. Ladies auxiliary President Joanne Herring presented the company with a check for $6,000 earned through fundraising efforts.
