A wInter storm watch is now in effect for Wednesday morning into the evening for 6 to 12 inches of snow.

Snow is expected to begin Wednesday morning around daybreak, become heavy at times during midday and then diminish to flurries around midnight .

Temperatures are expected to be in the mid 30s at daybreak but will fall to near or just below freezing by noon.

Anyone with holiday travel plans should complete travel by mid-morning Wednesday.
