Pleasant Valley Elementary, ShopRite, HOPE members and the local community are partnering to provide needy students with lunches and breakfasts on "Long Weekends."

ShopRite is providing breakfast and lunch items at cost. ShopRite is allowing PVE to set up tables for soliciting community members and packing bags in their store. PVE volunteers and HOPE members will be asking community members to purchase a packaged bag which will contain breakfast and lunch items.Volunteers are needed to pack the bags at the store from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturday.For more information, contact RuthAnn Winders at 570-402-1000 ext. 6018.
