The Redball Military Transport Club's 2014 Rally and Swap Meet will be held Friday and Saturday at the West End Fairgrounds in Gilbert.

About 100 military vehicles will be on display. In addition to the vehicles, vendors will have a variety of everything military, including: helmets, uniforms, radios, vehicle parts, nuts, bolts, lights and manuals.Members of Redball Military Transport collect, restore and show antique military vehicles both for the enjoyment of it and also to remember and honor the members of our Armed Forces, past and present.Their vehicles represent military equipment from 1940s to the present day.When not working on or displaying their vehicles, members of Redball Military Transport participate in parades, re-enactments and civic and veterans events.The club also hosts a Winter Swap Meet the first weekend of March at Memorial Hall on East 10th Street in Jim Thorpe.Visitors to the show can go for a free ride in a WWII Halftrack or a GMC CCKW 2 1/2-ton military truck.Admission is $5 for adults with free parking.
