Phyllis and Frank Jacoby of Stroudsburg are proud of their flathead 1940 Lincoln. Frank spent the past three years restoring it and took her to her first public outing at Salem UCC's Fall Festival and Car Show. He says he has been rebuilding cars since he was a kid and it's like an addiction because he doesn't want to stop. They own a 1940 Packard, 1936 Ford, 1950 Oldsmobile, 1946 Lincoln and a 2004 Mustang convertible. With the exception of the Mustang, Frank says they like the "oddballs."
