Pocono Mountain Regional police have charged a Scranton man with trespassing after he was caught living in a house without the owner's consent.

John Harper, 52, was caught at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Candlewick Development in Tunkhannock Township. The owner, police said, lives in Philadelphia. Police found that Harper had changed the front door lock and had been living in the home for about six months.
