A Monroe County woman has been charged with making a false report of being raped.

State police at Fern Ridge said Danielle Dutka, 22, of Brodheadsville, has been charged with false reports to law enforcement.Troopers said Dutka reported on Aug. 24 that she had been raped in the parking lot area of the West End Fair. She said the incident occurred sometime between 10 and 10:30 p.m.A further investigation revealed that the rape did not occur, troopers said.
