Senior citizens in the 183rd Legislative District are invited to Rep. Julie Harhart's free 2014 Senior Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Allen Township Fire Hall at 3530 Howertown Road in Northampton.

"I know many older adults throughout the district look forward to this event each year," said Harhart, R-Lehigh/Northampton.Seniors will have the opportunity to visit with more than 70 local, state and federal agencies and organizations offering information on programs and services available to seniors. Free vision and blood pressure screenings also will be offered, along with balance assessments.
