At 2:25 a.m. on July 19, Mahoning Township Police stopped Kurt Redmon of Houston, Pennsylvania, for swerving and driving on the wrong side of the roadway in the area of the Carbon Plaza Mall on Route 443.

Redmon was found in possession of an open container of Budweiser. A blood test showed a BAC of 0.17. As a result Kurt has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and restriction on alcoholic beverage.
