Unlawful activitiesA citation was filed against a 17-year-old Palmerton male for unlawful activities, which occurred at 10:19 p.m. Aug. 21 in the 200 block of Second Street.DUICriminal charges were filed against Candi Grauvogel, 34, 194A E. Second St., Lehighton, for DUI, careless driving and driving on the right side of roadway. The incident occurred at 5:27 a.m. May 27 on Route 248 west.Criminal charges were filed against Joseph Gruskin, 25, 4 Sam Brooke Circle, Lehighton, for DUI and limitations on backing at 2:20 a.m. July 19 in the 500 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Bad checkCriminal charges were filed against Matthew Haydt, 26, 2135 57 Road, Kunkletown, for bad check, which occurred Jan. 23 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.Traffic violationA citation was issued to Jonathan Honey, 23, 323 S. First St., Lehighton for obedience to traffic control device at 7:25 p.m. Aug. 25 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to Alan Gerstenberg, 26, 567 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, for obedience to traffic control device, 11:07 a.m. Aug. 28 in the block of Mauch Chunk Road.Identity theftCriminal charges were filed against Victoria Pemberton, 28, 835 Linden St., Suite 3, Allentown for two counts of identity theft. The incident occurred between January and October of 2011 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton.
