The Lehigh Gap Nature Center recently received $2,000 from PPL in support of its field trip programs for the Carbon County school districts and the center's Naturalist Clubs for K-12 students.

"We appreciate the donation from PPL because it allows us to subsidize field trips for the school districts that surround Lehigh Gap Nature Center," said Dan Kunkle, LGNC's executive director.
