The Pennsylvania Depart recently announced several road projects scheduled this week in Carbon County. Lane restrictions will be in place from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for all projects, and drivers can expect delays.

The projects include:Berger Creek Road, between Route 895 and Mahoning Mountain Road in East Penn Township, Friday.Country Club Road, between Routes 443 and 902 in Mahoning Township, Tuesday.Hatchery and Penn Forest Road, between Route 903/Highway To Adventure and Pohopoco Drive in Penn Forest and Towamensing townships, through Thursday.Lake Harmony and South Lake Drive, between Route 903/Highway to Adventure and Moseywood Road in Kidder Township, Friday.Mahoning Drive, between State Route 902 and the Schuylkill County line in Mahoning Township, through Friday.Route 248/POW-MIA Veterans Highway, between the Northampton County line and Delaware Avenue in Lower Towamensing Township and Palmerton, through Wednesday.Route 902, between State Route 209 and Mahoning Drive in Mahoning Township and Lansford and Summit Hill boroughs, starting Thursday and estimated to finish Friday.Route 902/9th Street, between Route 443 and Mahoning Street in Lehighton Borough, starting Monday and estimated to finish Friday. The work will entail bridge repairs.Route 903/Highway to Adventure, between Interstate 476 and State Route 534 in Penn Forest Township, through Thursday. The work will entail drainage repair.Packer Drive/West Main Street, between Route 93 and Spring Mountain Road in Weatherly Borough and Packer Township, starting Tuesday and estimated to finish Wednesday. The work will entail pothole patching.Packerton Dam/Hemlock Drive, between routes 902 and 209 in Mahoning Township, starting Wednesday and estimated to finish Thursday.
