There are several buildings in the complex.Zawaly said that one apartment was gutted and was a total loss. One cat and three turtles were able to be rescued, he said.Nine residents were displaced, though housing was found for all of them. And, on April 24, one half of a double garage at 460 Franklin Ave. sustained minor damage after fire spread. There as well, a bush outside that garage caught fire and spread into that half of the structure.Several beams inside that garage were burned, but it was salvageable, Zawaly said.
