Wet conditions along East Mauch Chunk Street have been traced to a borough water main leak. According to Dan Reigel of Reigel Plumbing, the only house affected is an unoccupied property. Reigel confirmed Thursday that workers are expected to address the problemSaturday. A separate water main leak is being addressed on Elm Street.
