Mahoning Township Police investigated a two-vehicle crash shortly before 11 a.m. Wednesday morning on Route 443, west of Normal Square.

A westbound Honda Odyssey driven by Mary Christo of Mahoning Township had slowed to turn into a driveway.

When it was struck from behind by a Subaru Legacy driven by Nancy Vukaj of Kunkletown. The driver of the Subaru has been cited for careless driving.

Christo was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital for treatment of injuries.
