Tamaqua District Justice Stephen Bayer conducted hearings in several pending criminal cases.

Charges of endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person have been waived to court by Jenny Haydt, 22, 13 E. Ruddle St., Coaldale, on May 27. The matter will be scheduled in Schuylkill County court.Charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief/damage to property have been waived to court for Drew Labar, 25, 219 Market St., Tamaqua. A charge of aggravated assault was withdrawn.
