A search was made of the entire school.Johnson told Judge Steven Serfass he showed the gun to two female students and then placed it in a locker. He said he was planning on taking the gun with him for a weekend visit with his mother in the Philadelphia area. He said he had no other intentions with weapon.Johnson told the court, "I didn't believe I was a menace as the newspapers said."Serfass said he hoped Johnson, who has lived in foster care and group homes since he was 3,realizes why people were so concerned about a weapon at the school.Serfass then sentenced him to time served (15 days in jail), and ordered herender 100 hours ofcommunity service and to stay out of the highschool.
