Man arrested in theft of TVs from Wal-Mart

Mahoning Township police arrested Manuel Antonio Rivera-Agosto on April 25 for his involvement in a retail theft at Wal-Mart.

As part of an ongoing investigation involving thefts of electronics at Wal-Mart, Rivera-Agosto has been charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy-retail theft, both felonies. On April 14, Rivera-Agosto fled the store with two 47-inch LG TVs through the fire exit. The TVs, valued at $1,749.99, have not been recovered. During an interview with police, Rivera-Agosto admitted he is a heroin user. He remains in Carbon County prison.

Rivera-Agosto
