A proposal to construct 46 townhouses along the highway leading to Beltzville Lake Park was rejected last night by the zoning hearing board of Franklin Township.

The housing plan was submitted by Charles Goldberg of Huntingdon Valley, Montgomery County.Goldberg planned that the units be erected along Pohopoco Road near the Pennsylvania Turnpike Bridge about a half-mile from Harrity Road. The units would have been situated on a 6.5-acre tract.
