The Summit Nursing and Rehabilitation Center hosted a food show this week, presented by food service vendor, Sysco Food Company. Sysco Foods featured vendors with different food items that might be included on the menu. Residents tasted some local ethnic dishes and other menu choices. The food show was put on by Sysco Foods, and featured several vendors offering samples of their wares.
