Joshua Ambrose-Manness, son of Eleanor Marie Ambrose and William G. Manness of Tamaqua, has been honored by the United States Achievement Academy and named to the Who's Who in Leadership and Service for the 2013-2014 school year.

He is a junior at Tamaqua Area High School, who has been named to the honor roll throughout his school years.The USAA offers its scholars the opportunity to apply for educational cash grants and scholarships. Student biographies are published in the USAA annual yearbook.
