In an effort to better explain the building and permitting code process, as well as the rules and regulations of the currents codes in Tamaqua, Josh Esposito, Tamaqua Code enforcement officer, has scheduled a public meeting at 7 p.m. Feb. 25 at the Morgan Campus of Lehigh Carbon Community College, 234 High St.

Esposito, of BC Construction Code Services, will provide a brief presentation and then open the floor to a question-and-answer period.The public is welcome to attend.
