A Schuylkill County driver escaped injury in a one-vehicle crash which occurred on a snow covered county road on Wednesday.

State police at Frackville said Brett M. Stewart, 20, of Minersville, was driving a 2010 Ford Focus northbound on Valley Road in Cass Township about 5:33 p.m. when he lost control. The car spun around counter-clockwise and traveled onto the west berm where it struck a utility pole with the front end.Troopers cited Stewart for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
