A Carbon County resident was cited for an incident at a county hospital.

Lehighton police said Michael J. Kopen, 42, of 50 Briar St., Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct of a verbal nature.Police said the incident occurred in the emergency room of the Blue Mountain Health System Lehighton Campus on Jan. 2 just after midnight.
