Pennsylvania Sen. Vanessa Lowery-Brown, D-Philadelphia, is proposing a bill that would allow school boards to include classes in gun safety for children in kindergarten through eighth grade.

The classes would be based on the Eddie Eagle firearm safety education program, which teaches four absolutes children must do upon encountering a gun:1. Stop2. Don't touch3. Leave the area4. Tell an adult
