Woman drives van into husband's pickup; also strikes second vehicle

A three-car crashresulted in Palmerton on Thursday after a woman drove her vehicle into her husband's vehicle.

Borough Police Chief Randy Smith said Jillian Kuntzman, 33, of 375 Lehigh Avenue, pulled out from a parking stall at that address in her 2007 Chrysler van at around 10:45 a.m., at which time she struck a 1994 Ford pickup truck owned by her husband, Troy Kuntzman, 38, same address.Jillian Kuntzmanalso struck a 1994 Nissan Sentra, owned by Louise Young, 61, of 45 Gap Road, Palmerton.According to the report, Kuntzman struck thepickup truck on the driver side rear quarter panel, and driver side door. She then struck the NissanSentra on the driver side rear fender.The van that Kuntzman was driving sustaineddisabling damage, and was towed. The Nissan Sentra was able to drive away, and the pickup truck remained parked.All parties involved denied medical attention, Smith said.No charges have been filed as of this time, he said.Smith said the incident remains under investigation.
